  • Lot Surveys (smaller subdivision or residential lots)
  • Boundary Surveys (larger tracts up to 100’s of acres)
  • Construction Layout (single home layout for private homeowner to large industrial sites)
  • Site Plans (can be required by the local planning office – is a lot survey/map with the proposal for the future home structure)
  • Topographic Surveys (manual, on-site topographic grids to LIDAR overlay)
  • Legal Descriptions (based on surveys we complete)
  • Subdivision Plats (1-lot cut-off to 100-lot subdivisions; process varies per scope and jurisdiction – inquire)
  • Easement Surveys (either to create or correct with involvement of Title Attorney)
  • As-Built Surveys (detailed survey of all above-ground features as necessary per case)
  • ALTA Surveys (the most involved survey there is; however, these are usually reserved for large commercial sites for title insurance purposes)
  • And much more (but we do not currently offer any drone or FEMA LOMA services)
